Ben instantly went to work and diligently grasped the potential profit, found a capable Certified Organic operator and negotiated a profit share lease agreement. Pattern, subsurface drainage tile water management systems needed installed, cropping rotations, fertility management, etc. This process has required exponential learning and principal effort.
