We have worked directly with Ben since 2016. This was our first experience with a professional farm manager. We were hesitant to know how our farm operators would react to professional farm management. Our operators are a bit of an eclectic group ranging from below average sized to a multi-generational farm family who operates several thousand acres. We appreciate the long-term relationship with our operators, so would Ben be able to keep it together? Yes, in fact, we were surprised at how well he approaches each of them effectively given their differences. We enjoy Ben. He has been very organized, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be with. Our farmers and other operators also appreciate Ben. All the changes have been excellent.
