Ben has worked with me since he began employment at Farmers National Company in 2008. I served as his direct supervisor at the time he was selected as the 2015 National ASFMRA Early Career Award recipient. This prestigious award made it clear that others were recognizing Ben as an up-and-coming leader.

In 2019, Ben achieved the highest rank level offered to farm managers at FNC, Senior Farm Manager. He is directly responsible for FNC’s key client accounts for his territory surrounding the Des Moines area.
